More disease in this 4th wave: mostly unvaccinated, but my friend Mary Ellen & 14 members of her vaccinated family got CoVid 19.

Feelings of anxious and doom and fear creeping in. Binge ate an entire sleeve of Oreos and felt ill and had headache: DUH!!!

Decision making and fear are apart of my everyday life.

Activities are constantly weighed as a risk vs benefit.
