9721 England---8402 W. 113th street

Pressures were mounting for our young family in 2003. We felt we were outgrowing the space of our first house and needed to expand.

Our FIRST home in England!!!
Historically, interest rates for securing a home loan were at an all time low due to the beginning of the IRAQ WAr.

My Mom introduced us to the idea to approach an older couple who owned a large home and were experiencing health challenges and may be interested in selling their large home and securing a smaller residence. Ida Ruth and Br. Malone: mother of Verlinda Jardine and husband Richard owned this home and raised their 2 children.

Our New house: my favorite color of the '90's!!!!  HUNTER GREEN
The previous owners set up this kitchen in July of 2003:

DINING ROOM before we painted it RED RED RED!

Kate Naylor and Hunter Bishop clean the windows of our old home. The Naylors were our neighbors from 1994-2003.

Brad painted the entire outside of the house!!
Renting a POWER WASHER was a great idea, but very messy.
Hunter helps his Dad paint the house!!!!!!!!!
