Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Happy Thanksgiving!!!! Catson’s saved our Thanksgiving by bringing a ham!!!!! It was yummy! I unthawed the Turkey partly on the counter overnight and reviewed guidelines for safely unthawing a bird. We cooked the Turkey and it was at 165 internally, however I didnt want to have any of my guests get a sick stomach due to possible bacteria during unthawing. So I threw it out!!!
The striped jello salad was also a bust!!!!! Brad worked today and Jess and I didn't have another voice when we made it!!
