During the second snow storm of the 2013 KC winter, this limb broke off and almost knocked out power in my parent's home. The day after this incident, my father had to prep for his GI/colonoscopy scope which had been scheduled 6 weeks prior. Imagine this experience for a sickly 74-year-old WITHOUT power!!!
