Swimming at the OP Pools

Spending time at the OP pools with the four kids was a huge part of our Summer! Due to the high heat and abundant energy, it was the BEST place to explore our energy, hang with friends, and keep sane.  Hunter, Carson and Jess enjoyed early-morning swim team practices and participating kept them in shape and enabled them to meet new friends and hang with old friends

Katherine Carpenter: Elementary school where MOM went

Carson in Preschool in 2004:  Katherine Carpenter

Carson appears in these photos at his preschool graduation. It was quite an extravagant event planned by his delightful preschool teacher. I am certain Carson did not quite understand all the excitement at graduating from preschool.

Hunter: 4th Grade with Mrs. Kiersey

In 4th grade, Hunter participated in this epic field trip around the historic sites of KC. I accompanied him and it was so fun and exciting! What a great and memorable teacher to plan such a great trip.

Brandon went to Wildwood in 6th grade with this group of students
