We weren't able to see the fireworks in London on New Year's Eve because we were keeping an eye on our Chaperone Group and the crowds were too much.

LONDON: DAY 2: River Thames Cruise/Greenwhich/ Tower of London
--2 students and their chaperone on our coach bus consulted an earlier printed itinery and planned for the wrong departure time. As a result, they were left behind and had to catch a TAXI to catch up!
--A group of 75 travelers got caught for 1.5 days in Dallas. American Airlines created a new flight route out of NY to get them to London.
--The above resulted in a re-grouping of coach bus groups!!
--Ate at Underground KFC
--a PENCE to PEE
----waited 30 minutes for the 1 bathroom at the Tower of London. crown Jewels was a 2 hour wait

Flight to London and fighting JET LAG
Our 8-hour flight to London was uneventful---no delays or cancellations or weather issues. All 25 of our flight group made it on time. Unfortunately, another larger group of 74 did not make it on time and had to wait a day to fly out of Dallas Texas.
Joia White, Emily O'Brien, Carson Bishop, Albert St'Pierre, (JUNIORS) and Ethan Harlow (freshman) We enjoyed this group of kids and hopefully they made some new friendships and enjoyed being with us as parents.
In order to avoid jet lag, we took this 4-mile tour of some of London's epic sites and used a MP 3 player that was provided by the tour company to learn details of the London New Year's Day parade. The crowds were immense, but the lights and holiday decor were amazing

UTAH Christmas 2015
We spent Christmas in Utah and stayed with Brad's parents!! Our goals were simple:
1. Travel safely in DEC winter
2. Move Hunter into BYU and get him settled as a student after his 2-year BRAZIL mission.
3. Welcome our FIRST grandchild due on DEC 18. Eliza came on DEC 24!!
4. travel safely and quickly back to Kansas to catch a DEC 27 flight to LONDON with the BVN Band

We also enjoyed seeing Brad's brother Joel Bishop and Adrianne Bird and family!! We welcomed a new cousin, HENRY ALMOND!!
For 9 days, (12-27---1-4-2016). Jessie stayed with KRISTIN and Joel's family while Carson, Brad and I I traveled with the BVN Marching Band to London!! It was an epic trip!!
