Jacob, Carson, Jessica and Katherine spent 5 days reuniting in Kansas City! Katherine and my sister, Chris, visited from California.
Grandma Evans has stored party dresses that her daughters wore to special occasions in 1970-80-90. Chris and Grandma enjoyed sewing many of these elaborate dresses and were wonderful seamstresses--back in the DAY! I am modeling one of MY favorite dresses that Chris created! I remember well the dance she attended in this dress(and the boy she was trying to attract). Gunnie Sack was the brand that made this style of dress so very popular!
Jessica is wearing a POP in WALK pink jumpsuit sewn by my mother for the KC Pageant: Missouri, Mormons and Miracles --performed and produced in the late 1970's.
Melissa Larson is Katherine's best KC girlfriend and enjoyed hanging with these cousins during the vacation.
