My parents moved to the Kansas City area in 1964 and have waited all these years to attend a LDS temple in the area. The day has finally arrived that our area is getting a House of God. Tanya Huntsman and her family came from Colorado to witness the open House open to the public for FREE!
One week after this golf cart ride to the temple from the LDS Stake Center, Dad had surgery to remove 5 large pieces of a herniated disc in his lower back.
