Before the KC area experienced 110 degree heat index these past 4 days, we went on a morning bike ride. It has been MUCH too long since we rode bikes and we had to first dust off the bikes and Brad got them in working order.

Fun thing to do in the summer and inexpensive too.
Aw. I dream of doing that w/ my family one day. But first I dream of having a bike. ;)
