BLUE OCTOBER

The KC ROYALS has a dynamic post-season and made us believe in the team again. That has not happened since 1985!

For most of the POST-SEASON Royals games, I have communicated with my family via "group text" messages. Although only 4 of us currently reside in the KC metro, we all lived in KC during the 1985 World Series win! (If we were born!!!)

I have been impressed with sportsmanship, team unity and athleticism of many baseball players. Glad we got to share in "America's past-time" together. #TakeTheCrown in 2015 #ROYALS #socialmedia

BVN Band 2014

Carson's sophomore year of Marching Band was a great success. This was Dan Freeman's FIRST year as the Director of BVN Bands with Lauren Wells as his assistant. The team worked well together and were supported by other leaders, teachers, administrators, students and parents.

Included in this slideshow is photos taken at major marching band events. The background music is set to Wizard of Oz which was one featured in the upperclassmen marching show. I loved the music and formation of the show!
