Preparations for the 2nd Bishop son to be an LDS missionary

We could not let Hunter leave on Tuesday, Oct. 1 without one last tasty meal at KC's own Jack Stack Barbecue!  Ribs are his very favorite and this rib took the PRIZE!  It was Huge.  We were glad to have grandma and grandpa Evans join us for this delightful tasting meal. Grandpa's health has improved and my parents are taking one day at a time as they help take care of their grandson, Jacob and others in their home. They have ups and downs, but just keep swimming......................
Some of Hunter's friends and ward members gathered at the home of George Gille to say farewell to Dancia Gille and Hunter. We were so thrilled to join this gathering and are always thankful to others for their support and opening their home to a gathering.  Heidi and Joe Fackrell and Daryn.

Brazilian Barbecue for Hunter's Birthday

Before Hunter leaves for Brazil In 17 days, we wanted to get a taste of the flavors of the country.
We chose this all-you-can-eat Brazilian Grill. Throughout the dinner, 12 varieties of meat including steak, chicken, lamb beef, and veal were offered. A sliver of each of these meats was all one's stomach could handle. A personal favorite of my families' was the prime rib steak. The chicken spiedini was my favorite.

The salad bar was filled with fresh and exotic salads made to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed the taste of this restaurant, even though the price was very expensive.

You only go to Brazil once-in-a-lifetime: Live  large!!!!!
